Business Challenges
Foundation migrated from a legacy system to Salesforce with the help of a big-named IT consulting company. The migration was not done well, resulting in a broken system with extremely poor user experience and broken functionality. This led foundation unable to keep track of donor data and manage fundraising efforts. Contact and Account 360 were completely broken. Foundation’s Salesforce Marketing cloud was disconnected from NPSP as well.
